IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2014-088 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH ODIN SYSTEMS TO <br /> REPLACE THE CIVIC CENTER SECURITY CAMERA SYSTEM AND <br /> AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF $156,705.21 FROM THE <br /> INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FUND BALANCE <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Odin Systems, a copy of <br /> which is attached,has been presented to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreement with Odin Systems in the amount of$156,705.21 is hereby approved <br /> and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and <br /> That an appropriation of funds in the amount of$156,705.21 from the Information <br /> Technology Fund Balance to the Information Technology Operating Budget(Account 688-01-121- <br /> 7410)is hereby authorized to cover the costs of the initial scope of work to replace the Civic <br /> Center Security Camera System(Phase 1). <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Souza and passed and adopted this 21st day of July, 2014, <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Lee, Reed, Souza; Mayor Cassidy (6) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Prola (1) <br /> ATTEST: V titail-timiL-) SLI-efrlit-cL) <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
