No construction materials and/or equipment shall be stockpiled or parked within the City <br /> right-of-way. <br /> K. Roof drains shall discharge to an unpaved area wherever practicable. <br /> IV. FENCING AND SCREENING REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. The existing chain link fences along the property lines shall be removed no later than <br /> during installation of the approved irrigation and landscaping and prior to issuance of a <br /> Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> B. Prior to issuance of a building permit, details for all proposed new fencing shall be <br /> submitted. The plans shall include the design, materials, height and location of the <br /> proposed fencing and shall comply with the requirements of Zoning Code Section 4- <br /> 1682 Fences, Walls and Hedges. <br /> C. All fencing and walls on the project site shall be structurally sound, graffiti free and <br /> well maintained at all times. <br /> D. Barbed or razor wire shall not be installed on any fence or buildings on the project site. <br /> E. Prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy, all electrical or gas meters, utility switch <br /> boxes, telephone interface cabinets, outdoor refuse, or other utility areas shall be screened <br /> from view by a fence, wall or landscaping; details subject to approval of the Zoning <br /> Enforcement Official. <br /> V. MAINTENANCE <br /> A. The project site shall be well maintained and shall be kept free of litter, debris, and <br /> weeds at all times; during construction, the site shall be well maintained and shall be <br /> kept free of litter, debris, and weeds. <br /> B. Any graffiti shall be promptly removed from building walls and/or fences. The <br /> developer and its successors in interest shall comply with the rules and regulations of <br /> the City's graffiti removal program and shall grant a license and right of entry as <br /> requested to enforce the terms of such program. <br /> C. All landscaping improvements shall be maintained in a healthy, growing condition at <br /> all times. Any trees by the sidewalks shall be maintained so as not to interfere or <br /> obstruct the public right-of-way for pedestrians and vehicles.
