<br />Major Taxable Property Owners. The following table lists the 10 largest taxable
<br />property owners within the Project Areas in the aggregate for fiscal year 2014-15. Based on
<br />fiscal year 2014-15 locally assessed taxable valuations, the top 10 taxable property owners in
<br />the Project Areas represent approximately 24.30% of the total taxable value of the Project Area
<br />of $1,550,310,190 and 42.38% of the fiscal year 2014-15 incremental value of $888,851,016.
<br />
<br />AMB Property Company, the largest property owner in the Project Areas, owns property
<br />with a total assessed value of approximately $63.2 million. AMB US Logistics Fund LP is the
<br />second-largest owner, and together with an affiliated company, owns twelve properties in the
<br />West San Leandro/MacArthur Project Area with a total assessed value of approximately $62.9
<br />million. The third largest owner, Safeway, owns a warehouse located in the West San
<br />Leandro/MacArthur Project Area with a total assessed value of approximately $54.6 million.

<br />Land Use in the Project Areas
<br />
<br />The tables below summarize separately for each Project Area the current land use in
<br />such project area, by assessed value for fiscal year 2014-15. Land use in the Plaza Project
<br />Area is primarily industrial and commercial, while land use in the West San Leandro/MacArthur
<br />Boulevard Project Area is largely residential and commercial, comprised of mixed industrial and
<br />commercial uses and medium-density single-family residential housing.
<br />
<br />As previously mentioned, the Plaza Project Area contains approximately 155 acres and
<br />was created through the merger of two separate project areas, the Plaza 1 Project Area and
<br />Plaza 2 Project Area. 138 of the 155 total acres within the Plaza Project Area are located in the
