<br />Project Areas- Combined. A calculation of available net tax increment in the Project
<br />Areas on a combined basis for each of the past four years plus an estimate of fiscal year 2014-
<br />15 available net tax increment is shown in the following table. Net tax increment available is the
<br />amount of tax increment available to be allocated from the Redevelopment Property Tax Trust
<br />Fund to the Successor Agency to pay debt service on the 2014 Bonds.
