IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2014-093 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br /> A NON-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH JACK DOHENY COMPANIES, <br /> INC. FOR THE CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION TRUCK AND <br /> EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 2013.0240 <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Jack Doheny Companies, <br /> Inc., a copy of which is attached,has been presented to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement and appropriation <br /> of$240,000 carryover from account 593-52-254 in the fiscal year 2013-14 adopted budget to fiscal <br /> year 2014-15 budget. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreement and fiscal year 2014-15 budget appropriation of$240,000 is hereby <br /> approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Reed and passed and adopted this 2nd day of September, <br /> 2014, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Lee, Prola, Reed, Souza; Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: 1/1/ .CCOA.
