Any written <br /> protest to the regularity or evidence of the proceeding shall be in writing and clearly state the <br /> irregularity or defect to which the objection is made. Written protests should be mailed to the <br /> City Clerk of the City of San Leandro, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, 94577. <br /> 11.
