IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2014-111 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR THE ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> CLEARANCE OF THE HERON BAY SHORELINE RIPRAP REPAIR PROJECT; <br /> PROJECT NO. 2006.0110 <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Environmental Science <br /> Associates, Inc., a copy of which is attached,has been presented to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That the agreement with Environmental Science Associates, Inc. in the amount of$69,206 <br /> is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Lee and passed and adopted this 6th day of October, 2014, <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Lee, Prola, Reed, Souza (6) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: Mayor Cassidy (1) <br /> ATTEST: /1/LOIAA PAA.
