$AN City of San Leandro <br />Meeting Date: October 20, 2014 <br />Resolution - Council <br />File Number: 14-441 Agenda Section: CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Agenda Number: <br />TO: City Council <br />FROM: Chris Zapata <br />City Manager <br />BY: Debbie Pollart <br />Public Works Director <br />FINANCE REVIEW: David Baum <br />Finance Director <br />TITLE: RESOLUTION Approving a $9,400 Vessel Turn -In Program Grant Agreement <br />Between the City of San Leandro and the State of California, Department of <br />Parks and Recreation, Division of Boating and Waterways for Removal of <br />Watercraft Turned in to the San Leandro Marina by the Property Owner <br />(approves agreement and appropriates $9,400 from the Shoreline Fund to be <br />replenished by grant proceeds) <br />WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and the State of <br />California, Department of Parks and Recreation, Division of Boating and Waterways, a copy <br />of which is attached, has been presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That an appropriation of $9,400 from the Shoreline Fund has been established and will <br />be replenished by grant proceeds; and <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized. <br />City of San Leandro Page 1 Printed on 1011412014 <br />
