� I <br /> D. The applicant shall obtain an Encroachment Permit from the Engineering and <br /> Transportation Department for any work within the public right-of-way <br /> E. Parking lot striping shall comply with City of San Leandro Standard Plan Drawing <br /> No. 600 for parking stall configuration. Parking lot stripes, as shown on the plan <br /> do not comply with standard. <br /> F. The chain link fence shall be vinyl coated, with 1 inch openings. The posts shall <br /> be painted to match the vinyl fabric color. <br /> G. All utility installation related to this improvement shall be installed no less than <br /> 24 inches under sidewalks measured from the top of sidewalk and 36 inches <br /> measured from the lowest lip of gutter, if installed in the roadway. <br /> H. Upon approval of any building permit for future projects,the applicant shall <br /> replace all damaged sidewalks, curb and gutter along the frontages of the property. <br /> All replacements shall comply with City of San Leandro Standards. <br /> I. Upon approval of any building permit for future projects,the applicant shall <br /> remove the existing driveways that are not going to be used for egress and ingress <br /> to the site and replace them with concrete sidewalks along its frontages. <br /> J. Upon approval of any building permit for future projects, all new driveway <br /> approaches onto the site shall be constructed of concrete as described in City <br /> Standard Plan, Drawing No. 102, except that the back of walk shall be depressed <br /> as required to maintain ADA compliant cross slope. <br /> K. The applicant shall comply with the following standards of sanitation during <br /> construction of the improvements: Garbage cans, construction dumpsters, and <br /> debris piles shall be removed on a minimum weekly basis. All food related trash <br /> items such as wrappers, cans, bottles, and food scraps shall be disposed of in <br /> closed containers only and shall be regularly removed from the site. <br /> IV. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. The approvals granted by the City as a result of this application, as well as the <br /> Conditions of Approval, shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of <br /> Alameda County. <br /> B. No application for amendment of the application or Conditions of Approval may be <br /> submitted or accepted for processing by the City unless (i) there is full compliance <br /> with all terms of the application and Conditions of Approval; or(ii) the Community <br /> Development Director waives compliance with the terms of the application and <br /> Conditions of Approval pending application for amendment. <br /> Agreement to Conditions February 10,2014 <br /> PLN2013-00002 Page 4 of 4 <br />
