IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2014-114 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A $9,400 VESSEL TURN-IN PROGRAM <br /> GRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND THE <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION, <br /> DIVISION OF BOATING AND WATERWAYS FOR REMOVAL OF WATERCRAFT <br /> TURNED IN TO THE SAN LEANDRO MARINA BY THE PROPERTY OWNER <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and the State of California, <br /> Department of Parks and Recreation, Division of Boating and Waterways,a copy of which is <br /> attached,has been presented to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That an appropriation of$9,400 from the Shoreline Fund has been established and will be <br /> replenished by grant proceeds; and <br /> That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Cutter and passed and adopted this 20th day of October, <br /> 2014,by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Lee, Prola, Reed, Souza; Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: 74' AAOiu <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
