of the -permit conditions; or <br />(e) Failure to pay applicable fees and charges within sixty (60) days of <br />invoicing. <br />Section 3-14-540. Refusal to Issue a Permit. <br />The Manager may refuse to issue a permit if any one or more of the following <br />conditions exist: <br />(ba) The application for a permit contains false or misleading information. <br />(eb) The ifssuance of the permit would result in the discharge of industrial <br />wastes of such quantity or strength that the public health or safety, or public or private <br />property a -re is endangered. <br />(dc) The ifssuance of the permit would cause the POTW to violate any permit <br />conditions, laws, or regulations of the State and/or Federal government. <br />(ed) The applicant has not provided plans for sufficient protection from <br />accidental discharges to the sanitary sewer system or the environment. <br />Section 3-14-545.
