It states that the fire repair and existing residence shall not be <br /> utilized as a second dwelling unit on the subject property and the home's bedroom count shall not <br /> exceed four bedrooms. The fire repair, nor the existing residence on the property, shall not have a <br /> second kitchen and there shall not be a second dwelling unit acknowledged at the subject property. <br /> Pursuant to Zoning Code Section 4-1704, a single-family dwelling with more than four bedrooms <br /> shall require one additional parking space which may be uncovered and in tandem if it is located a <br /> minimum of 30 feet back from the front property line. <br /> If you agree with these terms,please sign the Notice of Limitation of Use of Property restriction and <br /> have your signature acknowledged by a notary. Record the original signed and notarized Notice of <br /> Limitation of Use of Property at the Alameda County Recorder's Office located at 1106 Madison <br /> Street, 1st Floor Oakland, California 94607.
