CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PLN2012-00001—1940 Fairway Avenue <br /> eCullet Inc.(applicant) <br /> AMB-SGP CIF-California,LLC (property owner) <br /> COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br /> A. The applicant shall comply with Exhibit A, as revised and approved on June 26,2014, except <br /> as hereinafter modified. (Exhibits are on file at the City of San Leandro Community <br /> Development Department, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California). <br /> Exhibit A—Revised Site and Building Plan <br /> B. The property owner and/or applicant shall be responsible for assuring that any successor in <br /> interest who assumes responsibility for the zoning approval is informed of its terms and <br /> conditions. <br /> II. PERMITTED USES <br /> A. This is a conditional use approval to allow for a Light Processing Recycling Facility for the <br /> cleaning and sorting of recyclable glass within an enclosed approximately 39,000 square- <br /> foot building at 1940 Fairway Drive; Alameda County Assessor's Parcel No. 77B-853-34; <br /> eCullet Inc. (applicant)and AMB-SGP CIF-California,LLC(property owner). <br /> B. Cleaning and sorting involves the removal of non-glass components from the Recyclable <br /> Glass Feedstock (RGF) which consists of glass, putrescible matter or materials, ceramic, <br /> plastic, metals, and other non-glass materials which are "contaminants" or non-recyclable <br /> glass (Non-RG), in the incoming RGF. Clean Processed Recycled Glass (CPRG) is the <br /> other component of RGF. <br /> C. The days and hours of operation will be Monday through Saturday, from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m., <br /> utilizing three different shifts: 7 a.m.to 3 p.m., 3 p.m.to 11 p.m.and an overlapping shift of 7 <br /> p.m.to 2 a.m. <br /> D. Truck trips, both inbound and outbound, will occur during the day-time shift, between the <br /> hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. <br /> E. There shall be no outside activities of any kind after 9 p.m. <br /> F. All unused dock doors are to remain closed during business hours; only the receiving door on <br /> the south side of the building and the outbound materials door on the west side of the building <br /> can be open during operations. All dock doors are to remain closed after 9 p.m. and before 7 <br /> a.m. <br /> G. All RGF shall be stored and processed inside the building structure.
