The DFSI Property Owner is obligated to pay is ELEVEN THOUSAND, <br /> FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY ONE <br /> CENTS($11,477.51). Said fee shall be paid in four (4) successive payments as set <br /> forth herein, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement. <br /> B.
