That on or about the 11 day of JUNE 2014, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain contract with STATE ROOFING SYSTEMS, INC., 15444 HESPERIAN BOULEVARD, SAN LEANDRO, CA 94578, PHONE: (510) 317-1477, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to wit CITY HALL SOUTH END ROOF REPLACEMENT, PROJECT NO. 2013.0300. 2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: THE HANOVER INSURANCE COMPANY, 2505 2ND AVENUE, SUITE 705, SEATTLE,WA 98121,PHONE: (206) 454-8711. 3. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the CITY HALL SOUTH END ROOF REPLACEMENT, PROJECT NO. 2013, project is that of fee simple title in certain lands designated as APN 075-0165-059-001, CITY HALL SOUTH END ROOF REPLACEMENT, PROJECT NO. 2013.0300, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. 4. That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Council of the City of San Leandro on the 15TH day of DECEMBER, 2014 by RESOLUTION NO. 2014.139.
