That on or about the 7TH day of FEBRUARY 2014,the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain contract with VORTEX MARINE CONSTRUCTION, LIVINGSTON STREET PIER, OAKLAND, CA 94606,. PHONE (510) 261-2400, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to wit MONARCH BAY DRIVE BRIDGE REPAIR,PROJECT NO. 12-150-38-324. 2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: FIDELITY AND DEPOSIT COMPANY OF MARYLAND, 525 MARKET STREET, SUITE 2900, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94105, PHONE (415) 538-7353. 3. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the MONARCH BAY DRIVE BRIDGE REPAIR, PROJECT NO. 12-150-38-325, project is that of public improvements made to public right of way designated as Monarch Bay Drive, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. 4. That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Council of the City of San Leandro on the 15TH day of DECEMBER, 2014 by RESOLUTION NO. 2014- 140.
