Public Comments are limited to 3 <br />minutes per speaker, subject to adjustment by the Mayor. The public is invited to make <br />comments on Agenda items at this time. To address the City Council, you should <br />approach the podium and speak clearly into the microphone, stating your name for the <br />record. <br />2.A. 14-577 Staff Report for San Leandro Shoreline Development Project Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report (SCH#2013072011): Work session to <br />provide members of the public and the City Council an opportunity to <br />comment on the adequacy and accuracy of the Draft EIR prepared for <br />the San Leandro Shoreline Project. The 75 -acre project site (52 -acre <br />site land area and 23 -acre water area which encompasses the San <br />Leandro Marina and surrounding properties) is located on Monarch Bay <br />Drive, between Marina Boulevard and Fairway Drive. The project site <br />consists of 10 separate Alameda County Assessor's Parcel Numbers, <br />79A-475-9-4; 79A-590-1-5; 79A-590-1-7; 79A-590-2; 79A-590-3; <br />79A-590-4; 79A-590-5; 79A-590-6; 80G-900-1-8; and 80G-900-4-1. <br />Cal -Coast Companies LLC is the project applicant and the City of San <br />Leandro is the property owner. <br />3. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />Public Comments are limited to 3 minutes per speaker, subject to adjustment by the <br />Mayor. The public is invited to make comments on items of public interest NOT listed <br />on the Agenda.
