The location of the electrical outlets shall be <br />specified on building plans and proper installation shall be verified by the San Leandro Building and <br />Safety Division prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. <br />Mitigation Measure GHG-1B.: Electrical vehicle Level 2 charging stations shall be provided for the hotel <br />and office land uses for the review and approval of the San Leandro Community Development <br />Director. A minimum of one electric vehicle charging space shall be provided for every 25,000 square <br />feet of non-residential building square footage.
