Friend, hereinafter referred to as <br /> "Property Owner." <br /> Recitals <br /> Chapter 7-13 of the San Leandro Municipal Code imposes a Park Facilities <br /> Development Impact Fee ("PFDI") on new development of property to pay for public <br /> park and recreation facilities. <br /> The Property Owner is the owner and developer of the property commonly <br /> known as 1315 Clarke Street, San Leandro, Assessor's Parcel Number 075-0019-005- <br /> 00 (hereafter the "Site"), and is required to pay the PFDI fee. <br /> The Property Owner has requested that payment of the PFDI fee be made <br /> pursuant to a mutually acceptable payment schedule. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, City and Property Owner agree as follows: <br /> A. The PFDI Property Owner is obligated to pay is THIRTEEN THOUSAND, <br /> THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($13,377.50). <br /> Said fee shall be paid in four (4) successive payments as set forth herein, except as <br /> otherwise provided in this Agreement. <br /> B.
