PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />4.A. 15-025 Staff Report to Rezone from RS Residential Single -Family District to <br />RS(PD) Residential Single -Family, Planned Development Overlay <br />District; and approve a Planned Development to construct a <br />subdivision consisting of four detached, two-story, single-family <br />residences that would comprise between 1,493-1,630 square feet of <br />living area each, which includes three bedrooms and three baths. <br />Each unit would have an attached two -car garage. Unaddressed <br />Parcel on Warren Avenue, between 396 and 476 Warren Avenues; <br />Alameda County Assessor's Parcel Number 77-572-10; J. Cannizzaro, <br />Cannizzaro Realty Inc. (applicant); Jefferson Building Inc. (property <br />owner). <br />The hearing was opened to the public. <br />There being no public comments, and without objection, the Public Hearing was <br />closed. <br />15-026 ORDINANCE Approving a Rezoning and a Planned Development to <br />Constructs Subdivision Consisting of Four Detached, Two -Story, <br />Single -Family Residences; an Unaddressed Parcel on Warren <br />Avenue, Between 396 and 476 Warren Avenue; Alameda County <br />Assessor's Parcel Number 77-572-10 (PLN 2014-00044) <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Cox, seconded by Councilmember <br />Lopez, that this ordinance be passed to print. The motion carried by the <br />following vote. <br />Aye: 7 - Cox, Cutter, Lee, Lopez, Prola, Reed, Thomas <br />Enactment No: Ordinance 2015-001 <br />5. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />Diana Prola, President of the San Leandro Unified School District Board of Trustees, <br />provided comments on the Shoreline Draft EIR on behalf of Superintendent Mike <br />McLaughlin, and commented on the Housing Element section related to charter <br />schools. <br />Mitch Smith commented on the `Adopt The Hero" program, and urged the City <br />Council to adopt the program for San Leandro. <br />City of San Leandro Page 3 Printed on 211012015 <br />
