Memorandum of Understanding — East Bay Corridor Initiative Page 4 <br />opportunities arising from or in any way relating to performance of the indemnifying Participant <br />under this MOU. <br />H. Withdrawal and Termination. This MOU will continue until terminated by majority vote of <br />the Steering Committee, but Participants may withdraw from this MOU on 60 days' notice to <br />other Participants. New Participants may be added by majority vote of the current Participants. <br />I. Amendments. This MOU may be amended by a written agreement executed by the Participant <br />in the same manner as this MOU. <br />J. Counterparts. This MOU may be executed in counterparts, each of which is an original and all <br />of which constitute one and the same instrument. <br />K. Effective Date.
