Records and Accounts <br /> 18 <br /> The Authority shall cause to be kept accurate and correct books of account, <br /> 19 <br /> 20 showing in detail the costs and expenses of any construction and the maintenance, <br /> 21 operation and administration of the Joint Facilities and all financial transactions of the <br /> 22 Agencies relating to the Joint Facilities, which books of account shall correctly show any <br /> 23 receipts and also any costs, expenses, or charges to be paid by all or any of the <br /> 24 Agencies hereunder, and also records of the sewage flow from each of the Agencies, <br /> 25 together with the strength of effluent delivered from each of the Agencies. Time records <br /> 26 and books of account shall be open to inspection at all times by any representative of <br /> 27 any of the Agencies, or by any accountant or other person authorized by any Agency to <br /> 28 inspect said books of account. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Section 4915.
