IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2015-054 <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING TITLE 6, CHAPTER 4 OF THE <br /> SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE RELATING TO FEES AND CHARGES FOR <br /> TRANSPORTATION AND OVERWEIGHT VEHICLE PERMITS <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> 1. That following notice and a public hearing as required by California Vehicle Code <br /> Section 35795(b)(1) and California Government Code Section 6064, Title 6, Chapter 4, Section <br /> 6.4.100 of the San Leandro Administrative Code, Commercial Enforcement, is hereby amended <br /> in its entirety as follows: <br /> 25. Commercial Enforcement <br /> A. Transportation Permit Violation-No Permit $100.00 SLMC 6-8-110 <br /> B. Transportation Permit-Annual $90.00 SLMC 6-8-110 & 6-8-115 <br /> C. Transportation Permit- Repetitive $90.00 SLMC 6-8-110 & 6-8-115 <br /> D. Transportation Permit- Single $16.00 SLMC 6-8-110 & 6-8-115 <br /> E. Overweight Vehicle Permit Violation-No Permit $100.00 SLMC 6-9-110 <br /> F. Overweight Vehicle Permit- Annual $90.00 SLMC 6-9-110 & 6-9-125 <br /> 2.
