IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2015-059 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 5-YEAR GOLF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP)PROJECT PLAN AND AUTHORIZING AN APPROPRIATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $133,000 FROM THE GOLF COURSE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR IDENTIFIED FISCAL YEAR 2015 PROJECTS AT MONARCH BAY GOLF CLUB (TONY LEMA AND MARINA GOLF COURSES) WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and American Golf Corporation (AGC)requires that AGC submit to the City for its review and approval a proposed 5- year budget for major capital improvements, refurbishment and enhancements to the Facility; and WHEREAS, a summary of the proposed CIP projects and brief descriptions of each is presented to this City Council; and WHEREAS,the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and WHEREAS,the City Council wishes to appropriate monies from the Golf Course Capital Improvement Program(CIP) fund, in an amount not to exceed$133,000,towards improvements at the Monarch Bay Golf Club; and WHEREAS,the City Manager recommends approval of said 5-year Golf CIP Project Plan and an appropriation of$133,000 for Fiscal Year 2015 projects. NOW, THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: That the new 5-year Golf Course Capital Improvement Project Plan, and an appropriation from the Golf Course Capital Improvement Program Fund, in an amount not to exceed$133,000 for capital improvements at Monarch Bay Golf Club, are approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
