DR <br />A <br />F <br />T <br />  <br />  Consolidated Plan SAN LEANDRO      11 <br />OMB Control No: 2506‐0117 (exp. 07/31/2015)  <br />Needs Assessment  <br />  <br />NA‐05 Overview  <br />  <br />Needs Assessment Overview  <br />The Needs Assessment of the Consolidated Plan outlines San Leandro's priority needs related to  <br />affordable housing, homelessness, supportive housing, and community development needs.  The City's  <br />consultations, community meetings, priority needs survey, and public comment period all contributed in  <br />identifying which among these needs have the highest priority.  Consequently, in the next five‐year  <br />consolidated plan period (July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2020), the City will provide CDBG funds only to  <br />programs and projects that address the City's highest priority needs.  <br />
