IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2015-065 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE LICENSE AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND SAN LEANDRO DARK FIBER LLC <br /> WHEREAS, a First Amendment to the License Agreement between the City of San <br /> Leandro and San Leandro Dark Fiber LLC, a copy of which is attached,has been presented to this <br /> City Council; <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That the First Amendment is hereby approved; and <br /> That,the City Manager may make minor edits or changes, and execute the Amendment, <br /> subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 16th day of March, <br /> 2015, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cox, Lee, Lopez, Prola, Reed, Thomas; Mayor Cutter (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: fl4UJWAJ1, <br /> 4\104(-06(--- <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
