Reimbursable work under this FTA shall begin no earlier than on March 15,2015, <br /> contingent upon the approval by CALTRANS and receipt of the Notice to Proceed letter <br /> of this FTA by the CALTRANS Contract Manager, and will expire on February 28,2017 <br />
