That on or about the 15th day of SEPTEMBER, 2014, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain contract with COLUMBIA ELECTRIC, INC., 1980 DAVIS STREET, SAN LEANDRO, CA 94577, (510-430-9505), as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to wit HESPERIAN/ SPRINGLAKE RR CROSSING IMPROVEMENTS, 12-150-38-325. 2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: WESTERN SURETY COMPANY, 555 MISSION STREET, #200, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94105,PHONE: (415) 932-7500. 3. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the HESPERIAN / SPRINGLAKE RR CROSSING IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 12-150-38-325, project is that of public improvements made to public right of way at the intersection of Hesperian Boulevard and Springlake Drive, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. 4. That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Council of the City of San Leandro on the 17th day of FEBRUARY,2015 by RESOLUTION NO. 2015-032.
