s <br />W <br />B. San Leandro Municipal Code Chapter 7-11 will govern imposing and collecting the Traffic <br />Fee. <br />C. Title 6, Chapter 4 of the San Leandro Administrative Code, which sets the Development <br />Fee for Street Improvements Schedule, is amended to include Table 2 of the Fee Report. The <br />Traffic Fee is in addition to, and not a substitute for, any other Fees set forth in the Schedule. <br />D. For purpose of San Leandro Municipal Code section 7-11-140, the City Council determines <br />that Traffic Fee proceeds may properly be used to reimburse the Bayside Business Park developer. <br />for that portion of the advanced costs for the Intersection Improvements for which the developer is <br />entitled to be reimbursed under the March 30, 2003 Agreement. <br />E.
