Table III shows how the growth in trips in the four quadrants of <br />the interchange are calculated. Existing trips from these areas must be subtracted from the total <br />a.m. and p.m. peak hour 2030 trips to and from the interchange. The objective is to determine what <br />percentage of trips in the four quadrants of the interchange use the interchange versus all other <br />locations.
