Your email opposing the proposed development was received and will be provided to the <br />Board of Zoning Adjustments at tonight's public hearing. <br />To address your concerns and the other nearby residents', none of the loading docks for the new warehouse <br />buillding will face the residences to the south. All of the loading docks will face north, the telephone company <br />property. In addition, the new building will be setback approximately 82 feet from the Williams Street <br />property. The current noise level is really disturbing and annoying to me <br />and my family especially to my 13 month old granddaughter that I babysit.
