The developer shall be responsible for assuring that any successor in interest who <br />assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is informed of its terms and conditions. <br />C. Construction shall commence within one (1) year following Board of Zoning <br />Adjustments approval and shall be substantially completed within one (1) year <br />thereafter. For the purpose of compliance with this condition, commencement of <br />construction shall be defined as the construction of a substantial portion of the <br />garage/foundation. <br />II. PERMITTED USE <br />A. This Site Plan Review is an approval to construct a new 161,200 square foot warehouse <br />building with loading docks, administrative offices and related landscaping and off- <br />street parking at 1717 Doolittle Drive; Alameda County Assessor's Parcel Number 79A- <br />541-10. <br />
