COUNCIL REQUESTS TO SCHEDULE AGENDA ITEMS <br /> By consensus, the City Council agreed to schedule the following items: <br /> • Consideration of a Cesar Chavez Day celebration in the future <br /> • Consideration of a youth in government program <br /> 15.
