The motion carried by the <br />following vote. <br />Aye:Cox, Cutter, Lee, Lopez, Prola, Reed, Thomas7 - <br />Enactment No: Ordinance 2015-007 <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS5. <br />James Aguilar suggested that the City educate San Leandro’s citizens and youth on <br />the City’s armored vehicle. He also urged the City Council to discuss incorporation of <br />San Lorenzo. <br />Diana Souza spoke in support of the teen pop-up center. She also urged the City to <br />consider posting notices to inform the LINKS riders that the shuttles are free to ride <br />but not free to provide.
