10.12 Integration. This Agreement, including the scope of work attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein as Exhibit A represents the entire and integrated agreement between <br />City and Contractor and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, <br />either written or oral. <br />Exhibit A Scope of Services <br />10.13 Counterparts.
