IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2015-100 <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BIENNIAL BUDGET OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> FOR THE FISCAL YEARS JULY 1, 2015 TO JUNE 30, 2016 AND <br /> JULY 1, 2016 TO JUNE 30, 2017 <br /> WHEREAS,the 2015-16 and 2016-17 Proposed Biennial Budget of the City of San <br /> Leandro was prepared and submitted to the City Council by the City Manager on May 11, 2015 , <br /> which was at least thirty-five(35)days prior to the beginning of the 2015-2016 fiscal year as <br /> required by Section 505 of the City's Charter; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council reviewed the City Manager's Proposed Biennial Budget, and <br /> thereafter caused a public hearing to be held concerning the Proposed Biennial Budget on June 1, <br /> 2015; and <br /> WHEREAS,upon conclusion of the public hearing,the City Council further considered the <br /> Proposed Biennial Budget as provided for in Section 515 of the Charter. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That the 2015-16 and 2016-17 Proposed Biennial Budget referenced above is hereby <br /> designated and approved as the City of San Leandro's 2015-16 and 2016-17 Adopted Biennial <br /> Budget. <br /> That the amounts stated herein are hereby appropriated to the purposes therein specified for <br /> 2015-16 and 2016-17 that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute any and all Service <br /> Agreements as provided for in said appropriation. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 1st day of June, 2015, <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cox, Lee, Lopez, Prola, Reed, Thomas; Mayor Cutter (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> 1:-.\,1-4--"N"--------- <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Tamika Greenwood, City Clerk <br />
