17.2 The parties also agree that in the event that a decision of a court of competent <br /> jurisdiction materially alters the terms of this Agreement such that the intent of the parties is <br /> defeated, then the entire Agreement shall be null and void. <br /> ARTICLE 18 <br /> ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br /> 18.1 This Agreement, together with the referenced Schedule A Agreements, represents the <br /> complete understanding of the parties: The provisions of this Agreement, including the <br /> Schedule A Agreements, shall apply to the work covered by this Agreement. Where a subject <br /> covered by the provisions of this Agreement is also covered by a Schedule A Agreement, the <br /> provisions of this Agreement shall prevail. Where a subject is covered by the provisions of a <br /> Schedule A Agreement and is not covered by this Agreement, the provisions of the Schedule <br /> A Agreement shall prevail. Nothing contained in a Schedule A Agreement, working rule, by- <br /> law, constitution or other similar document of the Unions shall in any way affect, modify or add <br /> to this Agreement unless otherwise specifically set forth in this Agreement or mutually agreed <br /> to in a writing executed by the parties. <br /> 18.2 The parties agree that this Agreement covers all matters affecting wages, hours, and <br /> other terms and conditions of employment and that during the term of this Agreement the <br /> parties will not be required to negotiate on any further matters affecting these or any other <br /> subjects not specifically set forth in this Agreement except by mutual agreement of the parties. <br /> 18.3 This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, such that original signatures may <br /> appear on separate pages and when bound together all necessary signatures shall constitute <br /> an original. Facsimile and PDF signature pages transmitted to the other parties to this <br /> Agreement shall be deemed the equivalent to original signatures. <br /> ARTICLE 19 <br /> TERM <br /> 19.1 The Agreement shall be included as a condition of the award of the Construction <br /> Contracts. <br /> 19.2 The Agreement shall be effective as of January 1, 2016 ("Effective Date"). <br /> 19.3 The Agreement shall continue in full force and effect for a term of three years from the <br /> Effective Date and shall be applicable to all Projects bid during the term until completion. <br /> ARTICLE 20 <br /> COMPLIANCE <br /> 20.1 It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor(s) and Unions to investigate and monitor <br /> compliance with the provisions of this agreement contained in Article 15.
