IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2015-106 <br /> RESOLUTION TO INCREASE THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER <br /> CAP FROM 25%TO 40% (FROM $60,659 TO $97,054; A CHANGE ORDER CAP <br /> INCREASE OF $36,395)FOR THE SAN LEANDRO BALL PARK LOCKER/RESTROOM <br /> REFURBISHMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 2003.0331 <br /> WHEREAS,the City of San Leandro did, on September 2, 2014 Award a construction <br /> contract to Southland Construction for the San Leandro Ball Park Locker/Restroom <br /> Refurbishment project; and <br /> WHEREAS,the cost to complete change order work will exceed the project's Change <br /> Order cap; and <br /> WHEREAS,the project budget is sufficient to accommodate the increased Change Order <br /> cost. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> The project Change Order Cap is increased to 40% for the San Leandro Ball Park <br /> Locker/Restroom Refurbishment Project, Project No. 2003.0331. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Lee and passed and adopted this 15th day of June, 2015, <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cox, Lee, Lopez,Prola, Reed, Thomas; Mayor Cutter (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Tamika Greenwood, City Clerk <br />
