There being no public comments, and without objection, the Public Hearing was closed. 15-316 RESOLUTION Adopting the Biennial Budget of the City of San Leandro for the Fiscal Years July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016 and July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017 A motion was made by Vice Mayor Prola,seconded by Councilmember Cox, that this resolution be adopted.The motion carried by the following vote.
