• <br /> ' IV. FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> A. Prior to issuance of a business license, permits will be required to be obtained for the solar <br /> panels, yard office and storage. <br /> B. As the fire department access is a dead end greater than 150 feet, a fire apparatus <br /> turnaround is required. <br /> C. If storage in the warehouse is greater than 12 feet, a high-piled combustible storage permit <br /> is required to be obtained. High-piled combustible storage is to comply with Chapter 32 of <br /> the California Fire Code. <br /> D. If the building is equipped with fire sprinkler system, any changes to the system will <br /> require a separate submittal,permit, plan review, inspections and fees. <br /> E. The space will require a fire department key box (knox box). <br /> F. Fire extinguishers will be required. Minimum rating of fire extinguishers is 2A10B:C. <br /> Fire extinguishers are to be located in the normal path of egress near exits. Travel distance <br /> to a fire extinguisher shall not exceed 75 feet. <br /> V. ENGINEERING AND TRANSPORTATION <br /> A. Pursuant to Government Code Section 66020, including Section 66020 (d) (1), the City <br /> HEREBY NOTIFIES the applicant for this Project that the 90-day approval period (in which <br /> the applicant may protest the imposition of any fees, dedications, reservations, or other <br /> exactions imposed on this Project by these Conditions of Approval) will begin on the date of <br /> the conditional approval of this Project. If the applicant fails to file a protest within this 90- <br /> day period, complying with all of the requirements of Government Code Section 66020, the <br /> applicant will be legally barred from later challenging any such fees, dedications,reservations <br /> or other exactions. <br /> B. Applicant shall obtain an Encroachment Permit from the Engineering and Transportation <br /> Department and pay encroachment permit fees for work within the public right-of-way prior <br /> to the issuance of building permits for the project. <br /> C. If the design of any site improvement requires encroachments onto neighboring properties, <br /> Applicant shall submit written agreements with that property owner to the City Engineer, for <br /> review and approval,prior to approval of the building permit. <br /> D. Applicant shall pay design review fees, permit fees, inspection fees, sewer connection fees, <br /> and any other fees charged by the City or other reviewing agencies for the review, approval, <br /> permitting and inspection of the public and private improvements. <br /> E. The proposed development shall comply with City ordinances, policies and regulations. All <br /> public and private site improvements shall be in accordance with the City's Design Standards, <br /> Specifications and Standard Plans unless otherwise specifically approved by the City <br /> Engineer. <br /> Agreement to Conditions March 12,2014 <br /> PLN2014-00004 Page 4 of 6 <br />
