IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99 - 100 (1079/1177) <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTIONS 1.3, 1.6 AND 1.12 <br /> OF THE PAY PLAN <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> That Section 1.3 of the current City of San Leandro Pay Plan is hereby amended to include <br /> the classifications and salary ranges for the positions of Environmental Services Manager, <br /> Environmental Protection Specialist III, Environmental Protection Specialist II and Environmental <br /> Protection Specialist I, and that Sections 1.6 and 1.12 are hereby amended to delete the Hazardous <br /> Materials Coordinator, Hazardous Materials Inspector, Environmental Compliance Coordinator, <br /> and Environmental Compliance Inspector (Journey & Entry)job classifications as set forth in the <br /> Pay Plan which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> Introduced by Council Member Gal van and passed and adopted this <br /> 21st day of June, 1999,by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Council Members Gal van, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Lothrop, Nardine; <br /> Mayor Young ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> Attest: �* <br /> Gayle Peter n, City Clerk <br /> f:\wp\agenda\062199\reso.doc <br />
