property owner elects to pay an assessment by installments as provided herein, in which <br /> case no Notice of Lien shall be executed. And it is further <br /> RESOLVED that the Superintendent of Streets shall record in the office of the <br /> County Recorder each said executed Notice of Lien. And it is further <br /> RESOLVED that the Superintendent of Streets shall turn over each recorded <br /> Notice of Lien to the Accounting Officer of the City of San Leandro, whereupon he/she <br /> shall deliver said Notice to the County Auditor who shall enter the amount thereof on the <br /> county assessment book opposite the description of the particular property and the <br /> amount shall be collected along with all other taxes against the property.
