IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99- 107 (2869) <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER <br /> TO EXECUTE A REAL PROPERTY PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br /> FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 14903 CATALINA <br /> STREET FOR THE RELOCATION OF FIRE STATION#11 <br /> Pursuant to Municipal Code Section 1-6-106, the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized to execute a real property purchase agreement and all other related documents <br /> for the property necessary for the Relocation of Fire Station#11 when terms and <br /> conditions of such acquisition is within the fair market appraisal obtained by the City or <br /> the compensation paid is otherwise fair,just and equitable. <br /> Such property acquisition is considered categorically exempt under California <br /> Environmental Quality Act(CEQA) Section 15332 and a Notice of Exemption will be <br /> filed. <br /> Such property acquisition is determined by the Planning Commission to be in <br /> conformance with the City's General Plan under government code section 65402 <br /> NOW THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br /> RESOLVE as follows: <br /> That the City Manager is authorized to execute a real property purchase <br /> agreement for the purchase of property located at 14903 Catalina Street on behalf of the <br /> City of San Leandro. <br /> Introduced by Council Member Gal van and passed and adopted this <br /> 19th day of July 1999, by the following called vote: <br />
