IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99-121 (2811) <br /> Recitals <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ACCEPTING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1999/2000 FOR <br /> THE HERON BAY MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 96-3, <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro does resolve as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council,pursuant to the provisions of the San Leandro Municipal <br /> Code, Chapter 5, Title II (hereafter referred to as the "Code") did order the Engineer,NBS <br /> Government Finance Group, to prepare and file a report in accordance with the Code, in <br /> connection with the proposed levy and collection of assessments for the District known and <br /> designated as the Heron Bay Maintenance Assessment District(Assessment District No. 96-3) <br /> (hereafter referred to as the "District"), for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1999 and ending <br /> June 30, 2000; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the Engineer has prepared and filed with the City Clerk of the City of San <br /> Leandro and the City Clerk has presented to the City Council such report entitled"Annual <br /> Engineer's Report, Heron Bay Maintenance Assessment District Assessment District No. 96-3, <br /> Fiscal Year 1999/00" (hereafter referred to as the"Report", attached hereto and made a part of); <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has carefully examined and reviewed the Report as <br /> presented, and is satisfied with each and all of the items and documents as set forth therein, and <br /> finds that the levy has been spread in accordance with the special benefits received from the <br />
