• IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99-129 (2465/1219/1250) <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br /> THE MASTER AGREEMENT AND PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTS FOR <br /> THE RESIDENTIAL STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT AS A PART <br /> OF THE STATE TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (STIP) <br /> WHEREAS,the Legislature of the State of California has enacted legislation by which <br /> certain State funds are made available for use on local transportation facilities and the City has <br /> applied to the California Transportation Commission and/or State for funding from the State <br /> Transportation Improvement Program (STIP). <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro must enter into a Master Agreement and Program <br /> Supplement for State Aid with the State of California for the State Transportation Improvement <br /> Program (STIP). <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council has approved this street rehabilitation project and has <br /> allocated funding in the Capital Improvement Program Budget for the current fiscal year. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does resolve as <br /> follows: <br /> That the City Manager is hereby authorized to complete the Local Residential Street <br /> Rehabilitation Project. <br /> That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the State Master Agreement and <br /> Program Supplement for the State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) with the State of <br /> California to receive payment of State funds. <br /> Introduced by Council Member Gal van and passed and adopted this <br /> 7th day of September, 1999 by the following called vote: <br />
