• <br /> IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99-132 (2870) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP, <br /> SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT (PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS), <br /> PARKLAND IN-LIEU FEE AGREEMENT AND <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION OF PUBLIC EASEMENTS AND <br /> RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR TRACT 6929; 1801 MANOR BOULEVARD; <br /> SUBDIVIDER AND OWNER: HOPE LUTHERAN CHURCH OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> Recitals <br /> There has been submitted to this Council a final subdivision map entitled"Tract <br /> 6929, San Leandro, Alameda County, California." <br /> The City Engineer has certified that said final map substantially conforms to the <br /> Vesting Tentative Map for Tract 6929, heretofore approved, of which said final map is a <br /> part; that it is technically correct; and that the subdivider has complied with the <br /> provisions of Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Municipal Code and with the <br /> provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br /> An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Hope Lutheran Church of <br /> San Leandro, a corporation, providing for the construction of improvements for the said <br /> project by July 1, 2000, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br /> The City Council is familiar with the contents of said agreement. <br /> The City Manager has recommended the approval of said agreement. <br /> FINDING <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, <br /> together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the <br /> General Plan. <br />
