IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2015-127 <br /> RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS (2015 BUSINESS LICENSE TAX, SOLID <br /> WASTE SERVICE CHARGES, SIDEWALK REPAIRS, CERTIFIED UNIFIED PROGRAM <br /> AGENCY FEES, AND COMMUNITY COMPLIANCE CODE ENFORCEMENT CHARGES) <br /> WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of San Leandro has conducted a public hearing <br /> on the assessments proposed to be levied for non-payment of delinquent 2015 business license <br /> tax, solid waste service charges, sidewalk repairs, Certified Unified Program Agency(CUPA) <br /> fees, and community compliance code enforcement charges, said hearing conducted at 7:00 p.m. <br /> on July 20, 2015 in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, <br /> CA 94577. <br /> WHEREAS, At or before the time set for hearing, owners or persons in possession of the <br /> property described in the Report of the Finance Director made protests or objections to the <br /> proposed assessments. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That each of these protests or objections, written or oral, is hereby overruled excluding <br /> those protestors who appeared at the July 20, 2015 City Council meeting.
