IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2015-128 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO HAS REVIEWED THE REPORTS OF THE FINANCE DIRECTOR, FILED WITH THE CITY CLERK ON MONDAY, JULY 20, 2015, AND BEARING LIST NO. 2015-001 FOR 2015 BUSINESS LICENSE TAX, LIST NO. 2015-002 FOR SOLID WASTE FEES AND CHARGES, LIST NO. 2015-003 FOR SIDEWALK REPAIRS, LIST NO. 2015-004 FOR CUPA FEES, AND LIST NO. 2015-005 COMMUNITY COMPLIANCE CODE ENFORCEMENT CHARGES, COPIES OF WHICH ARE ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN. ALL OF SAID CHARGES ARE CURRENTLY UNPAID AND DELINQUENT. WHEREAS, Pursuant to the San Leandro Municipal Code, notice was duly given of the time and place of hearing on said delinquent charges and upon any objections or protest by any of the property owners liable to be liened for non-payment of such delinquent charges. WHEREAS, Said hearing was regularly set for the hour of 7:00 p.m. on July 20, 2015, in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, CA. WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of San Leandro has heard and passed on objections and protests of the property owners liable to be assessed for charges excluding those property owners who appeared before the City Council on July 20, 2015.. NOW, THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: That the City Council of the City of San Leandro confirms the Reports of the Finance Director concerning non-payment of City service charges and bearing list numbers 2015-001, 2015-002, 2015-003, 2015-004, and 2015-005, excluding those property owners who appeared before the City Council on July 20, 2015. And it is further RESOLVED that said assessments of delinquent charges of the City of San Leandro are hereby approved and confirmed and a lien is hereby imposed upon said real property in the amount set therein.
