2. That the City Manager is authorized to make non-substantial revisions to said <br /> Amendment; subject to the approval of the City Attorney;and <br /> 3. That an original executed amendment shall be attached to and made a part of this <br /> resolution; and <br /> 4. That$400,000 of Marina/I-880 Interchange Fee is appropriated from account 210- <br /> 3735 for the purpose of the improvements; and <br /> 5. That $600,000 of Direct Local Distribution shall be relinquished to the Alameda <br /> County Transportation Commission for the purpose of the improvements described herein.
