File Number: 15-391 <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that the City Council find that it’s in the <br />best interests of the City to waive the competitive bidding requirements as they pertain to the <br />procurement of play structure equipment as provided for in Section 1-6-315 of the San <br />Leandro Municipal Code, and on the basis of the recitals above, find that going forward <br />Landscape Structures, Inc. should be the sole source supplier to the City of play structure <br />equipment for renovations and new constructions of City park play structures. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the above recitals are true and correct, and the City Council finds that for all of the <br />aforementioned reasons, Landscape Structures, Inc. shall be the sole source provider for <br />playground equipment in City parks. <br />Page 2 City of San Leandro Printed on 7/14/2015
